BUKOVAC

BUKOVAC (Pleurotus ostreatus) (beech mushrooms, oyster beech,ostrigar) emerges from a common trunk and larger number of hatscovering smaller, sizes 3 to 25 st. Color depends on which woodgrows: gray, bluish, purple, brown, almost black and white. The handle is short paragraphs 1 to 4, or missing. The thickness of 1 to 3 paragraphs. The flesh is white. Older mushrooms hardening of the handle. A pleasant smell of sawn timber. Steady in September, mostly from December to January the Rece-white-mountain stumpsof trees (poplar, walnut, beech, maple, willow, poplar, locust, etc.)..
  The most common in beech forests, usually in places where the wood is injured. Oak does not tolerate. It is often high on the letters,and improvisation is removed from a thin rope and stone.
